Across his 30-year career in the manufacturing sector, Ian has developed bespoke lean solutions for multinational blue-chip clients as well as UK SMEs including New Balance Athletics, GSK, and Esse Engineering. He now leads the design and delivery of our Lean Competency System accredited training programme.
