About the course
This programme is specifically targeted at first-line leaders or anyone new to a management position. It develops a deep understanding of the importance of first-line managers' and team leader roles, and provides delegates the tools, skills and knowledge to become better equipped and more confident in their roles.
A guided, interactive factory visit is included for the delegates to see and experience manufacturing best practice in action.
Nine days of training (including one site visit), delivered one day per week for nine consecutive weeks.
