Unlocking sustainable business excellence
The Shingo Benchmarking Assessment provides manufacturing leaders with a clear, objective view of their organisation’s cultural and operational maturity.
By benchmarking against the internationally recognised Shingo Model, this assessment identifies strengths, pinpoints improvement opportunities, and delivers a roadmap for sustainable operational excellence.

Our Approach
Two of our expert practitioners will conduct an on-site assessment, engaging with individuals across all levels of your organisation – from senior executives to frontline workers.
Through a combination of in-depth interviews, workplace observations (Gemba visits), and data analysis, we gain a holistic understanding of both the physical and psychological working environment.
We compare observed behaviours and cultural attributes against the Shingo Model’s principles, assessing alignment across key dimensions:
1. Cultural enablers
Leadership, respect, and empowerment of individuals.
2. Continuous process improvement
Sustainable improvement methodologies embedded in daily operations.
3. Enterprise alignment
Strategy execution and organisational coherence.
