Day 1 – Culture, Values & Strategic Alignment

Day 2 – Lean Principles & Lean Leadership in Practice
Experience lean thinking through practical simulation and explore what lean leadership means on the shopfloor - giving you the confidence to reduce waste, improve flow and lead by example.
Day 3 – The Role of the First Line Lean Leader
Clarify your leadership role beyond technical delivery - strengthening your ability to lead teams, set expectations and build accountability.
Day 4 – Communication & Performance Conversations
Develop the confidence to lead toolbox talks, communicate performance measures clearly and present information in a way that engages and motivates your team.
Day 5 – Managing Performance & Building the Right Environment
Learn how to set clear objectives, handle difficult conversations constructively and foster a positive, disciplined performance culture that supports wellbeing and results.
Day 6 – Structured Problem Solving & Quality Focus
Apply A3 thinking to real operational challenges - enabling you to address root causes, protect quality and lead sustainable improvement.
Day 7 – Demonstrating Improvement Leadership
Consolidate your learning through improvement presentations that build credibility, ownership and confidence in leading change.

Workplace Project Requirements

A structured A3 or equivalent report to demonstrate analysis, action and results
Final presentation and evaluation for certification
