MASTERCLASS OVERVIEW

Many organisations invest heavily in leadership development, continuous improvement and transformation programmes, yet still struggle to achieve sustainable organisational excellence.

The challenge is rarely a lack of effort, commitment or capability.

More often, leaders become consumed by operational demands while the organisational systems that shape behaviour, culture and performance receive insufficient attention. As priorities become misaligned, strategy becomes diluted, improvement activity becomes fragmented and performance becomes increasingly difficult to sustain.

This practical one-day masterclass explores the leadership principles and organisational practices that enable sustainable organisational excellence.

Drawing on more than forty years of international leadership, operational excellence and organisational transformation experience, Shingo Prize winner George Donaldson shares the thinking, models and practical approaches used to help organisations improve performance by strengthening leadership, aligning organisational systems and developing a culture of continual learning and improvement.

Participants will complete the Executive Leadership Health Check™ and the Organisational Excellence Health Check™ , using the Excellence Gap Analysis™ to compare leadership capability with organisational effectiveness and identify the greatest opportunities for organistional improvement and alignment.
