Barry is passionate about embedding ‘incurable commitment’ in people by coaching them to improve their own processes. He has supported, led and facilitated the delivery of continuous improvement and lean programmes within multiple manufacturing plants with teams ranging from 200 to 2,000 people. Clients have included Westinghouse Nuclear, McKinsey, Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems, Standard Chartered Bank, and the MoD.


Prior to joining Manufacturers Network, Barry spent three years working and learning from the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance, learning the ‘thinking way’ behind reducing losses.
