Continuous Improvement Practitioner (LCS Levels 1b and 1c)
A six-day programme designed for manufacturing professionals responsible for delivering improvement projects. Participants learn how to apply Lean principles, eliminate waste, and use structured problem-solving techniques such as A3, 8D, and DMAIC.
Delegates typically deliver upwards of £30k in savings or value through their improvement project, against a training investment of £2,000.

Advanced CI Leadership Programme (LCS Level 2a and 2b)
This four-day programme is for experienced Lean practitioners and operational leaders ready to embed enterprise-wide continuous improvement. Accredited at LCS Level 2a, it builds capability in coaching, strategy deployment, and sustaining cultural change.
Delivered in two blocks of two days, the programme includes a best practice site visit to Jaguar Land Rover Halewood.
