The first-line leader programme is a structured course designed to equip first-line managers with the essential leadership skills required to navigate challenges, implement strategic decisions, and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
This programme is quality-assured by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), with an option to gain a Level 3 certification through assignment submission as a top-up.
