Julian is a highly competent Lean practitioner. An impressive 15 years in senior manufacturing roles, combined with 15 years of consultancy, have enabled him to apply both theoretical and practical viewpoints in his work. With significant experience across different sectors including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Food and Drink and Engineering, he’s equally capable on the shop floor or working with senior management.
