Five-days of training, delivered one day per week for five consecutive weeks. Plus, project delivery coaching and support to demonstrate learning and secure accreditation by the Lean Competency System (LCS).

Designed to fit around you and the demands of a busy manufacturing business, we offer the Continuous Improvement Practitioner Programme (CIPP) in two delivery formats.  This course is delivered one day per week over five consecutive weeks.  There is an alternative 'Boot Camp' format available, which is an intensive five-day delivery block (see website for more details). 

The CIPP is accredited to Level 1c of the Lean Competency System, equivalent to the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
