About the course

Event Overview

Manufacturers Network is happy to share this FocusIn event with our Network.

FocusIn events are designed to provide perspective and practical expertise in executive leadership and people development alongside other like-minded professionals. The events are hosted and attended by industry leaders. Through a blend of workshop sessions and site visits, we’ll observe the principles of a high-performance culture. This framework will offer guidance on how benchmark companies structure their problem-solving efforts. A main takeaway will be your tailored individual and organizational action plan on how to take your Learning & Development journey to the next level of performance.

Objectives

  1. Meet and learn from the leaders: Highly successful business growth is delivered and sustained by leaders who are open to constructive challenge and willing to commit themselves to optimizing their leadership performance. You will meet leaders who are high impact and low ego, they are visible role models and coaches. They create a compelling purpose, alignment and relentless energy for the pursuit of optimised business results and people engagement
  2. Meet and learn from the front line teams: Leaders are only one part of a successful business. Front line workers are the means through which a business interacts with the outside world, and are the primary source of productivity and growth within any organization
  3. Create a learning log and action plan to take home and implement within your business: Participants will leave the conference with actionable objectives for growing their business and strengthening their leadership
