    Comprehensive book on excellence

This book is easy to read both front-to-back and as a reference tool. It covers all things associated with Operational excellence and is, therefore, incredibly useful to both newcomers to OpEx and experienced improvement professionals. George has also managed to capture the human element of improvement, which is often the thing missing from lean/CI books. His experience and passion leap from the pages and will leave you feeling motivated to implement the tools in your own workplace. Brilliant.
