Mick supports, leads and coaches the delivery of continuous improvement and lean training by engaging people through encouragement and enjoyment. Just some of the wide range of clients he has helped include BAE Systems, the British Army, the NHS, Kingsland Drinks, Finsbury Food Group, and Kerry Logistics. Mick has also supported a global logistics company in gaining a Shingo award.

Initially exposed to lean when he joined Toyota, Mick spent seven months working and learning at the Tsutsumi plant in Japan and the Kentucky site in the USA, where he discovered the ‘thinking way’ behind the Toyota Production System.
